The Board of Directors for Del Webb at Trinity Falls contracts with CCMC for the community management services on behalf of the residents. CCMC is a national leader in community management and provides a dedicated onsite team to assist in overseeing and maintaining the daily operations of the community consistent with the expectations of the Board.

Stephanie is a Dallas native and brings 18 years of association management experience to this role. She earned a Bachelors degree from Texas State University and aims to build relationships with residents to enhance their experience at Del Webb Trinity Falls.
When Stephanie is away from work, she enjoys spending time with her two children, Cooper, 13, and Addison, 10. She loves sports and spending time at the lake.

Hailing from Memphis, Tennessee, Ciara is excited to be a Texan and your Lifestyle Director! Sharing her compassionate roots, strategic vision, organizational skills, and professional background in non-profit program management, social services case management, and supervision as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Ciara is a servant leader and advocate at heart.
In her spare time, you can count on Ciara to watch binge-worthy movies and TV series, book girls' or family trips, spend time with her Yorkiepoo fur baby, Cruz, or explore good eats as a "foodie" while listening to live music. You might talk about DIY projects, interior design, or furniture restoration when you meet her.
